New designation provides opportunity for the firm to continue to positively impact the community association industry in Arizona.

Mesa, AZ, March 12, 2024– Maxwell & Morgan, P.C., a community association law firm in the greater Phoenix area, today announced that the Community Associations Institute (CAI) has appointed Charles Sellers, one of the firm’s partners as its new Arizona Chapter President. CAI is an international membership organization with 63 chapters worldwide and is dedicated to building better communities and providing information, education and resources to the homeowner volunteers who govern communities and the professionals who support them.
