CAI is an international membership organization with 63 chapters worldwide and is dedicated to building better communities and providing information, education and resources to the homeowner volunteers who govern communities and the professionals who support them.

August 17, 2023 (Mesa, AZ) – Maxwell & Morgan, P.C., a community association law firm in the greater Phoenix area, today announced its co-founder and managing partner, Brian Morgan, has been recognized by Best Lawyers in America® and Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch® in America.

Morgan’s lengthy resume includes over two decades contributing to the growth of the community association legal industry throughout Arizona and the country. During this time, Brian helped chair the Legislative Action Committee for Community Associations Institute (CAI), Arizona Chapter, where he participated in shaping the landscape of State and Federal legislation involving community associations.
