Dan G. Curtis is a Senior Attorney at Maxwell & Morgan, PC. Mr. Curtis is a graduate of the University of Virginia School of Law and has practiced in Illinois, Texas and for many years in Arizona. He will continue his practice emphasizing all aspects of condominium and planned community association law, including formation, operation, and compliance matters. He has been active with the Central Arizona Chapter - Community Associations Institute, and has served as a past chairman of the Legislative Action Committee. In addition to his experience in representing community associations, he also has extensive experience in real estate development, including new subdivisions and condominiums, real estate finance, including mortgage broker and mortgage banker state regulatory matters, Federal Truth-in-Lending and RESPA regulatory compliance, and general corporate, business and real estate transactions.
