Austin Baillio
Austin Baillio is a partner at Maxwell & Morgan, P.C. and is a highly valuable member of the firm’s litigation department. Austin has practiced law for more than ten years, with a focus on community associations during the last four. Austin advises his clients on general counsel matters, represents them in simple and complex litigation and assessment recovery. Austin is also uniquely positioned to recover assets out of state, including in Nevada and California.
Lindsay Glenn
Lindsay has been practicing law for over 20 years. In 1999, Lindsay graduated cum laude from Arizona State University with a BA in Political Science and a minor in French. Lindsay graduated from the Sandra Day O’Connor School of Law at Arizona State University in 2002. Lindsay graduated law school as a trained mediator. She also received the Pro Bono Gold Award for completing more than 100 hours of pro bono service.
Brian W. Morgan
Brian, as a founding member and the managing partner of Maxwell & Morgan, P.C., and as a fellow in the College of Community Association Lawyers, has enjoyed practicing community association law in Arizona and in Utah for over 20 years.
Madison M. Brunk
Madison M. Brunk is a junior associate attorney at Maxwell & Morgan, P.C. Madison represents condominium and planned community associations, with a focus on general counsel, enforcement, and assessment recovery. Prior to joining the firm, Madison received her Juris Doctorate from Mitchell Hamline School of Law in 2023.
Penny L. Koepke
Penny L. Koepke is a partner at Maxwell & Morgan, P.C. and oversees the firm’s litigation and insurance defense departments as a result of her successful and extensive experience representing community associations in such matters. Penny has represented community associations for almost 25 years.
Will Nikolaus
Will Nikolaus is a partner at Maxwell and Morgan, P.C. Due to his extensive experience, Will is a key member of the firm’s assessment recovery department.
Jeffrey B. Corben
Jeff is a shareholder at Maxwell & Morgan, P.C. and oversees the firm’s general corporate counsel practice. For over 20 years, Jeff has devoted his practice to representing planned community and condominium associations during the development phase and post-transition.
Garren Laymon
Garren is a partner with the firm and has been protecting the rights of creditors in Arizona, Virginia, and California since 2008. He is an experienced litigator and highly skilled in bankruptcy, including teaching a course at a highly respected law school and continuing legal education programs.
Charles B. Sellers
Charles Sellers is a shareholder at Maxwell & Morgan, P.C. Mr. Sellers oversees the firm’s bankruptcy department and represents his community association clients in assessment recovery matters.
Chad M. Gallacher
Chad is a shareholder at Maxwell & Morgan, P.C. and oversees the firm’s appellate practice and client education services. Chad has represented condominium and planned community associations since joining the firm in 2007.
Charles E. Maxwell
Charles Maxwell is one of the founding members of Maxwell & Morgan, P.C. and is legendary in the industry, having practiced community association law for the past 39 years. Charles has been a member of the highly regarded College of Community Association Lawyers since 1999.

Mark serves as a distinguished partner at our firm, seamlessly blending his profound dedication to real estate, trusts, and estate law with a heartfelt commitment to assisting families in shaping their futures. Since initiating his legal journey in 2007, Mark has been an active advocate and expert in the Arizona legal community.
